Contract Cleaning Supervisor / Site Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused manager to join the Mackies Group team. With contracts spanning schools, offices, care homes, hotels, and more across Herts, Beds, Bucks & Milton Keynes, this role is about making sure every site runs smoothly, standards stay high, and our clients feel fully supported.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting cleaning teams (including TUPE transitions)

  • Building strong client relationships and acting as the first point of contact

  • Carrying out site audits and quality checks to ensure consistent standards

  • Managing schedules, cover, and supplies to keep everything running on time

  • Working closely with the Directors (Chris & Rhi) to support new contracts and business growth

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in facilities, cleaning, or team management (essential)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Confidence to problem-solve and keep clients happy under pressure

  • Organised, detail-driven, and proactive in maintaining high standards

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
