✅ Dust and wipe all skirting boards, coving, window sills, and ledges
✅ Wipe light switches, plug sockets, and door handles
✅ Clean internal doors (front and back)
✅ Wipe tops of doors and frames
✅ Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
✅ Wipe banisters, stair rails, and spindles
✅ Polish mirrors and glass surfaces
✅ Wipe radiators and behind them
✅ Vacuum and mop all floors (including edges)
✅ Clean light fittings and shades (where safe to reach)
✅ Spot clean walls for scuffs or marks
✅ Check smoke alarms are dust-free and functional (report faults to agent)
KITCHEN
✅ Degrease and clean extractor fan (filters removed, soaked, and replaced)
✅ Clean inside/outside of all cupboards and drawers (including tops)
✅ Clean and polish all worktops and splashbacks
✅ Descale and shine sink, taps, and draining board
