As the business evolved, so did the vision.

Rhi joined the journey with a background in strategy, systems, and growth, and together we began building Mackies not just as a cleaning company, but as an operational partner — one that could support complex sites, high-expectation environments, and fast-growing organisations that needed more than “just a cleaner”.

Over the years, we’ve worked across homes, schools, hospitality, offices, residential developments, and multi-site portfolios. We’ve seen what happens when cleaning is treated as an afterthought — and what’s possible when it’s structured, properly resourced, and led with pride.
