👋 We’re Chris and Rhianna — the team behind Mackies Cleaning.

Chris started Mackies more than 15 years ago with a bucket, a set of ladders, and the determination to build something from the ground up. I’m Rhianna — Managing Director for the past 8 years — and together we’ve shaped Mackies into the trusted exterior cleaning brand it is today.

From humble beginnings as Mackies Window Cleaning, we’ve grown into a full-service team serving homeowners and businesses across Herts, Beds & Bucks, with a loyal customer base (some of whom have been with us for 18 years and counting!).

For both of us, the original spark was building a work-life balance on our own terms — and now, we help other parents do the same through employment and training. We love serving our local community, creating jobs for hardworking people, and showing up for projects that make a real difference.

We’ve worked side-by-side every day for the past 8 years (yes, we still like each other 😉). Our kids have grown up watching us build a brand that’s become part of our family’s identity — long hours, sudden weather changes, and all!

Running a business isn’t always predictable, but we’ve stayed focused on our big-picture goals and created something our customers genuinely love.
